The series commenced on 9 October 2025 with an online promotional talk hosted by Hebei Normal University. The engagement continued on the ground in Guangdong. On 11 October, at the invitation of Professor Youliang ZHANG of South China Normal University, Professor Cai delivered a lecture on Finnish Education and Eastern Wisdom: A Cross-Cultural Dialogue, offering valuable insights and conducting a consultation session with students.

The following day, 12 October, he gave a talk about “Navigating a Role in Geopolitics: Hong Kong and Sino-European Academic Collaboration” in the 3rd international education forum with a theme on 新地緣政治語境下的高等教育合作, organized by School of Education at the South China Normal University. The forum brings together experts and scholars from numerous renowned universities worldwide, establishing a cross-cultural and interdisciplinary platform for in-depth discussions on the development trends of international academic collaboration models.

The tour concluded at the Faculty of Education, Guangzhou University, invited by Professor Hui LIU on 13 October 2025.
