Based on an analysis of the latest policies and developments in Sino-foreign cooperative education, this reportfirst redefines the new implications of quality assurance in this field. Then, it provides an analysis of the existingaccess rules, regulatory mechanisms, and specific requirements for such cooperative programs. Finally, the reportoffers an interpretation of relevant policies concerning the certification of overseas degree.
