Global Research Institute for Finnish Education (GRIFE) Joins the 9th Sino-Finnish Joint Learning Innovation Institute Annual Conference (JoLII) and Co-organized World Café Workshop in Shenzhen, Chinese Mainland

GRIFE Executive Committee and Special Interest Group (SIG) under the Academy for Educational Development and Innovation (AEDI) took part in the 9th Sino-Finnish Joint Learning Innovation Institute Annual Conference (JoLII) 2024, held from November 22-24 in Shenzhen, Chinese Mainland. This year’s theme, “Education in the Digital Era - Bridging Research and Practices”, brought together thought leaders from around the globe. Representing GRIFE were Co-Director Dr. Cai Yuzhuo, Associate Director Dr. Wang Lixun, SIG member Dr. Satu-Maarit Korte, and Senior Research Assistant Dr. Qiu Ruoyi Serena.

In addition, GRIFE teamed up with the JoLII organizers to successfully co-host the World Café workshop titled “Rethinking Education Cooperation in a New Era: Tri-party Interactions between Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, and Finland” held on November 23. This engaging workshop provided the exchange platform for exploring innovative educational partnership opportunities.
